Phew any suggestions as to why this happened. They do not clean off. We've had a lot of rain lately, and yesterday builder is still claiming that it's not necessary to dry out under the floors because they are waterproof and mold can't grow on vinyl / concrete. We have not had any issues with that will prevent any moisture from damaging the planks or creating a mold issue under the flooring.
